What is the minimum order?
Our wholesale minimum order is $150, and you can mix any flavours and brands across it. Pricing improves at $300 and $500 order values.
How do I become a reseller?
Open a reseller account from the Wholesale page. It takes a couple of minutes and unlocks live tiered pricing at checkout.
Can I mix flavours in one box?
Yes. Build-a-box is the whole point. Any flavours, any brands, across your $150 minimum order.
Do prices drop with volume?
Yes. Rates step down at $300 and $500 order values. Your trade account shows live pricing at checkout.
Products & stock
Are your products genuine?
100%. Every line is sourced and compliance-checked, and we never sell clones or grey imports. We’d rather show “out of stock” than ship a fake.
Which brands do you carry?
Alibarbar (Ingot, Swirl), IGET (Bar, Bar Pro, One), MerryMi (Mecha, Mecha Pro) and Gunnpod (Evo), plus pods, kits and e-liquids.
How fresh is the stock?
Fast turnover means nothing sits. Stock arrives weekly and the best-sellers rarely stay a full week.
Shipping & returns
How fast is dispatch?
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days leave the same day on stocked lines, tracked and discreetly packaged.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened, faulty or incorrectly supplied items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Age & compliance
Do I need to be 18+?
Yes. You must be 18 or older to purchase. Orders may be subject to age verification. Our products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical.
Do you help with responsible retailing?
